The new buildings are planned together with their future tenants, harmoniously fitting in with the existing office buildings as well as the industrial buildings of the former Gas Factory. Our tenants have the opportunity to choose the technologies and materials, to install their own equipment in the construction phase already.

Graphisoft Park SE was established through a demerger from Graphisoft SE. The shares of the new company are traded on Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2006 and operates as regulated real estate investment company (SZIT) since 2018.
